Athletes from the ICDC program and their families have learned to manage their nutrition. According to Piñeiro, there is a lot of professional intrusion and it's necessary to have more information. The nutritionist has also added that it is important to know what you are eating, where the food comes from, and how it is cooked. Finally, it has said that a food balance can give the athlete resistance and performance and make it reach its maximum capacity according to its genetics.
